This recipe is so accessible: simple, affordable, and environmentally friendly to boot! This recipe makes 10-12 servings, perfect for large families or meal prep!
I designed this recipe using a Ninja Foodi, but it will work just as well in an Instant Pot or a similar pressure cooker.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. These beans can easily be reheated in the microwave or in a pot on the stove. Leftovers are delicious with no loss of flavor or texture.
